With quick tab navigation, this app makes all features readily available to users of any ability level.Pros Feature packed: While the main advertised function of this app is the video downloading, it does much more than that. The Video Converter provides tons of options for output file formats, and you can burn anything you download to a DVD, Blu-ray, or CD with another handy utility. No ads: This app is both free to use and ad-free. That means you don't have to worry about accidentally clicking ads that will take you away from your work, or trying to work around ads that take up some of the user interface.Cons Not speedy: Compared to other file download managers, this app wasn't the speediest. It didn't take an inconvenient amount of time, but there are definitely faster apps out there if that's something you're concerned with. Inconsistent help: While the Help menu is quite long, there's not a lot of actual help to be found there. If you do go to the manual, you'll find yourself on a page describing the app's features and will then see some links to user-made tutorial videos. Some of these are helpful, and some of them aren't great, but if you don't mind sorting through them, you can find some useful information.Bottom Line If you want a free program to take care of all of your downloading and screen capture needs, this app is worth a try. There are definitely some places where the app could be improved, but for free software that has so many tools, it works well.
